Chatswood Chase opens Level One luxury precinct, marking a major milestone for Vicinity

Vicinity reached a significant milestone at Chatswood Chase in Sydney today, opening the dedicated luxury precinct on Level One, which marks the final stage of the centre’s $625 million redevelopment.

The milestone marks the culmination of an 18‑month transformation that has reshaped Chatswood Chase into a world‑class 'Home of Luxury' in Sydney’s North Shore, reinforcing its position as one of Australia’s most sophisticated premium retail destinations.

Purposefully considered, the new level will showcase a concentration of more than 20 coveted luxury brands, led by LVMH’s portfolio of Maisons.

Today marks the start of a new chapter for Chatswood Chase, with the opening of a dedicated luxury precinct that brings together 23 of the world's most coveted luxury brands.

The new precinct brings together a highly curated mix of global luxury brands, including Louis Vuitton, Dior, Loewe, Celine, Bvlgari, Chaumet, Rimowa, Fred, Moncler, Jaeger‑LeCoultre and Emporio Armani. Additional iconic brands will open progressively through 2026, further strengthening the depth and calibre of the luxury offer at Chatswood Chase.

At the heart of Chatswood Chase’s new luxury floor is a differentiated approach to luxury retail, with a suite of high-touch services designed to meet the expectations of Australia’s most discerning consumers.

From personalised styling and private client experiences to concierge-style hospitality and immersive brand environments, the precinct has been conceived to deliver more than a transactional retail experience.

The Level One Valet Parking, presented by Lexus, will offer direct access to the luxury floor, with customers also able to take advantage of hands-free shopping through the existing parcel minding service, and enjoy extended shopping hours for greater flexibility and convenience.
