Michelle McNally

Michelle McNally commenced her role at Vicinity Centres in March 2025, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the property sector. Her career has been defined by a consistent track record of building high-performing teams, delivering strong outcomes, and cultivating trusted relationships across a broad stakeholder base – including investors, customers, and strategic partners.

In her current role, Michelle leads the day-to-day operations and management of Vicinity’s shopping centre portfolio, which welcomes approximately one million customers daily. She also oversees Vicinity’s investment management priorities with a focus on strengthening and deepening our strategic relationships with our Co-owner Management. Michelle’s remit includes brand and marketing, research and insights, consumer experience, capital expenditure planning, organisation wide procurement and driving ancillary income opportunities.

Her expertise covers multiple property sectors and national markets, with deep capability in investment and portfolio management across both asset ownership and occupier perspectives. Prior to joining Vicinity, Michelle held senior leadership roles at ISPT, Australia Post, and Aware Real Estate. Michelle is also a passionate advocate for gender equity in the property industry, actively contributing to the Property Council’s Champions of Change initiative.
